Return & Refund Policy
At Qeccoo, we are committed to our customers’ satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality and safe products for children’s needs within the State of Kuwait.
1. Return and Exchange Conditions
A return or exchange request can be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that:
• The product is in its original condition
• Unused
• Unwashed
• In its original packaging with all accessories
• Accompanied by the invoice or order number
The store reserves the right to refuse any return request if the above conditions are not met.

2. Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of certain children’s products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Health or personal care products
• Products that have been opened or used
• Products with original tags removed
• Discounted or special offer items (if any)

3. In Case of a Defect or Error
If you receive a damaged product or a product that does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide clear photos of the product.
In such cases, the store will bear the full cost of the return or exchange.

4. Shipping and Return Fees
• The customer bears the shipping fees for returns or exchanges unless the reason is an error on the store’s part.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• The refund process takes 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider or bank policy.
